In Cebu, builders gathered not just for a workshop—but for a long-term journey into Ethereum development.
Infinite Hack was designed to be different from the typical one-day hackathon or introductory workshop. Instead, it was created as a long-form builder program, where participants could study together, experiment with ideas, and gradually develop real projects. By bringing together developers who care deeply about clean code, protocol-level understanding, and thoughtful design, the program aimed to cultivate a community of builders committed to learning Ethereum the right way.

A Builder Circle in Cebu
Hosted in Cebu City, Infinite Hack brought together a small group of developers for a series of sessions focused on blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, and decentralized application design. The program intentionally kept participation limited in order to create a focused environment where builders could learn directly from each other and from mentors guiding the program.
Throughout the sessions, participants explored topics ranging from Solidity basics and smart contract patterns to full-stack decentralized application development. The structure of the program allowed builders to progressively deepen their understanding while also preparing to enter global hackathons and contribute to real Ethereum projects.
A Launchpad for Future Builders
Infinite Hack was envisioned as more than a class—it was a builder dojo and study group where participants could commit to regular collaboration and long-term learning. Developers received mentorship, worked on project ideas, and gained exposure to the broader Ethereum ecosystem while refining their technical skills.
The program was organized by Ethereum Philippines together with partners including Web3 Cebu, Lisk, and DOST Region 7, highlighting a growing collaboration between grassroots communities, global protocols, and public institutions to support blockchain developer education in the Philippines.
As more developers join initiatives like Infinite Hack, Cebu continues to emerge as one of the country’s most active hubs for Ethereum builders—where curiosity, experimentation, and collaboration are shaping the next generation of decentralized technology.
Builder ecosystems grow strongest where learning becomes a shared discipline.
